I will tell you how to solve the immediate shelter necessity as well as the permanent housing 2 in 1 I call it the Face#3 built the City With Shipping Container Blocks After a Natural Disaster any where in the World. With the massive need for restructure of the CDMX we need a stronger building infrastructure and I think that building with containers will be a smart and clean strategy again by doing things right the first time is a fast method which will give shelter to the people who lost their home. Right now they are few architects in the world who have building permits codes permits but I thing that engineers, architects and city inspectors can work together to make this building technology better and effective we just have to change our old ways of see architecture because we need something stronger the old methods wont cut another earthquake. People don’t deserve to loose they homes for lack of better engineering plus the insurance companies need to support this new technique. Note: In the cities with high flooding incidents the first floor should be empty to allow the water to come and go like in Houston TX. I hope my idea is clear and helps the world- Sher

En este momento son pocos los arquitectos en el mundo que tienen códigos de permisos de construcción pero los ingenieros, arquitectos e inspectores de la ciudad pueden trabajar juntos para hacer esta tecnología de construcción mejor y eficaz sólo tenemos que cambiar nuestras viejas maneras de ver la arquitectura porque necesitamos algo más fuerte que los viejos métodos no funcionan ya, las familias no merecen pasar por los estragos de perder sus hogares en otro terremoto más. Las compañías de seguros necesitan apoyar esta nueva técnica.
