Hi friends this is my new article of the year, so here we go.
This time I created the Sher’s Eating and Silence Meditation by Shirley Henderson.
Every year we all try to improve ourselves and I been experimenting with wellness therapies all my live some I keep some I change, or improve. This time I came up with a new routine that I will be implementing when I can and I say when I can because is a bout eating and many times we eat in the company of other people. This routine will be best adopted when alone, or as a couple if you and your partner like the same stuff. Let me explain what is all about and why I am writing about it. So far has giving me peace and joy.
Continuing. This new routine is a mix between silent meditation with cooking and eating.
I have never tried the silent meditation but I think it’s an interesting concept that might be difficult for me to go in prologue periods of time at once, so I decided to give it a try in a small doses That’s how I came up with the Sher Eating and Silence Meditation by Shirley Henderson routine, meditation, technique call it as you want and how about when I have my mouth full of delicious food and while in the art of preparing it and so I did my experience so far has been amazing in the sense that I was aware of my surroundings like never before, my sense of taste was more refined and over all the feeling of satisfaction after the meal was done was so pleasing, to the extend that when I was finished, I have a deep breathe and relaxed my head to the back of my chair for few minutes. I was in total peace. I could feel my body been nourished in such a great proportion when not so much food because I was present at my meal time, I saw the food that I was eating not like when I could eat in front of the TV. Go ahead and try it alone or when eating with your love one. I can guaranty it would be a moment of intimacy like never before if done correctly.
So there you have it. I hope you can enjoy your self while eating in silence meditation.
