The solution is to implement the blockchain technology of IBM tracking system from point A to point B since Mexico is a big country with a faulted centralized fuel distribution system in many states. To solve the #DESABASTODEGASOLINA It needs to become decentralized using the blockchain to lower the corruption and theft of the new distribution system by truck and rail.. Right?
