When people have their student debt deleted plus free education. The amount of money they produce goes to rehabilite the country economy because now they can redirect the student tuition and loan repayment to buy a house to eat in restaurants to by at retail, spending more money for entreatments, appliances etc. along the year. Even when it looks small micro when its multiplied we had $1.5 trillion that can be spend instead of been student debt.
Since its needed tree things for a recession to occur therefore the household wealth to drop such low industrial production, unemployment and retail sales. I could adventure to say that by deleting the student debt and giving free education may prevent or delay the next economic recession.
The state of Main will help you pay your student debt as a way of universal tax relief program, just like Massachusetts has universal health care. This program are positive and possible people just need to request them.
Forgettable student loan programs and free education can be funded as an investment more then likely in the future the prison budget can be redirected to the education budget to make it even better. Literacy shouldn’t be an choice when education is a right, let’s make it free.

With the evolution of technology the robots and IA are joining more and more the workforce.
Comparing the time from assembly to job site and free of student debt for and no experice required a robot
vs
a human needs to finishing college plus internship and student debt for the same job. For a more complex job the robot gets an upgrade and the human can’t get further education for lack of funds.
And even when we can’t stop technology and it presence at the job market, we can request the revenue generating robots and AI hiring industries to pay a tax which will serve as a fund to pay replaced people with no jobs who had a student loan debt and to fund free education for the future generations.
The biggest deception from an obsolete school industry is the free labor under the name of internship for a period of one year as a requirement to take your license test. Only employers would benefit b/c is not warranty of a job, no money, no benefits. It needs to become voided.

Industries that use robots labor for profit should pay taxes that will fund student loan debt cancelation and free education funds. The research and innovation tax cut work well for industries now they can help out and bring back the balance.

Friends on my research shows that in 2008 the gov bailout the bank industry for around 450 million mortgage crisis. Now in 2019 exist a 1.5 trillion student Loan Debt problem generating. an education crisis that also needs the gov bailout.

Exist two options for student loan repayment, cancelation or discharged
- Where the government buyout the student debt and the qualified payer is free of student loan debt.
- A student loan repayment tax cut, where the qualified payer makes payments towards the student loan debt and the IRS refund the amount payed each tax year.
To prevent another student loan debt crisis it is highly suggested to follow the example of the state of Tennessee
where the IRS is funding the free college tuition for adults with the reconnect program. The state believe to put them selves in a more competitive position when it comes to job market.
Also, the state of Maine offers a student loan repayment tax cut to qualified student loan payers funded by the IRS where the state intends to attract more people to their job market.
This program funds can be taken by the creation of the use of Artificial Intelligence and or robots for labor and profit tax paid by industries that own said AI and robots.
